This is my process for creating the Christmas Blind Box for my co-workers.
I wantd to make some blind box figurines for my female co-workers, as all three of us love blind boxes and had our birthdays in December. So I thought making a christmas themed blind box would be nice, and it would be more fun if there were more options in the blind box, so I made some for the male co-workers as well. We had a planned bowling night out, so it was 4 boys and 3 girls (including me.) So I just made 7 different christmas themed figurines.
I just thought of 7 different christmas themed characters;snowman, stocking, christmas tree, peppermint, elf, present, rat king. Since it was going to be a blind box, I didn't really think of how should get which character.
I used sculpey air dry clay to make each figurine. Cardstock paper to make the blind boxes. Acrylic paint to color the figurines. Triple Thick Gloss Glaze to add shine to each piece..
I met up with them at the bowling place, and before we walked in, we exchanged gifts. The girls gave me gifts for my birthday as I gave them their gifts as well. I let everyone choose a random box, which contained one of the figurines I made.
